Why this matters
Some of the best files do not originate from the daily listing feed. They come from referrals, direct mail, probate outreach, or older seller conversations. If the app cannot hold those properties too, the workflow is incomplete.
What this proves
- Manual deal entry exists: you are not limited to scraped properties.
- Pipeline workflow still applies: notes, stages, and financial assumptions remain tied to the file.
- Portable local copy exists: workflow state JSON can be exported from Settings at any time.
What export means today
- Workflow state JSON: exports locally saved favorites, notes, statuses, financials, and settings from the browser.
- Favorites CSV: available on export-enabled plans for list-style backups and modeling.
What it does not mean
- This is not yet a full enterprise account export of every server-side record.
- It is a practical trust and backup layer for small teams and owner-operators.
