Workflow example

Manual deal workflow example

This example shows the non-feed workflow: add a property manually, keep the file organized, and export your working state when you need a local backup.

User action: + New Deal Address: 413 Westover Ave, Charlotte, NC Side: BUY Offer target: $182,000 Notes: probate lead from direct-mail callback, seller wants 30-day close In-app flow: 1. Create manual deal record 2. Add seller notes and callback timing 3. Move stage from Lead → Qualified → Offer Sent 4. Export workflow state JSON from Settings

Why this matters

Some of the best files do not originate from the daily listing feed. They come from referrals, direct mail, probate outreach, or older seller conversations. If the app cannot hold those properties too, the workflow is incomplete.

What this proves

What export means today

What it does not mean

Good fit

Best for transaction coordinators, self-represented sellers, and small acquisition teams who need a lightweight workflow but still want a local copy of their working state.
